The Protocol

Rules of Engagement

Three phases. Clear requirements. Measurable results.

Phase 1: Registration

Register and pay your entry fee. Join the Slack Workspace & meet your coach & all other competitors. Submit your Day 1 photos—front, back, and side. This establishes your verified baseline for body composition assessment.

Phase 2: Execution

You have 60 days to execute your delivered training, nutrition, and recovery plan. The included programming and dietary protocols are at your discretion. Document your progress with weekly check-ins and monthly measurements.

Phase 3: Evaluation

On Day 60, submit final transformation photos in identical poses. Judges evaluate visible lean mass gained, body fat reduction, and overall composition change. Highest composite score wins.
